Neha Govindan

She is a Certified Yoga Instructor who has completed her 900 + Hours Teachers Training in Ashtanga Yoga from The Yoga Institute, Santa Cruz. She has also done a 200 RYT in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Mysore and teaches both the Ashtanga Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles. Apart from this, she also teaches at The Yoga Institute.

She is fortunate to have learn't from able teachers. She believes yoga is a way of life, something way beyond being just another form of exercise.

Amit Dubey

He is a Certified Yoga Instructor who has completed her 900 + Hours Teachers Training in Ashtanga Yoga from The Yoga Institute, Santa Cruz. Amit’s approach to his students is very unique and different. Equal attention is given to every student, and he makes sure that he gives special guidance to the new bees. His practice is intense and a mix of hatha and asthanga vinayasa, he tries to push his students to go beyond their limitations and explore more about their body. He has been in the field for only a couple of years now but is an expert at all the head stands and balancing asanas.

Sheetal

A certified yoga instructor from the prestigious The Yoga Institute, Sheetal is what yogi’s calls a true yoga convert. Post a degree in mass communication and midway through a budding career in journalism, she realised that her true calling lies in the journey inwards that leads towards , enlightenment and eternal bliss.

Specialised in teaching the practical and theoretical aspects of yoga, she combines hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga and power yoga. By incorporating asanas, kriyas, mudras and bhawas in her classes she helps her students achieve strength, flexibility and inner peace. Reconnect with yourself and experience the bliss within.

Zumba Trainers

ZIN Hetal

she is amazingly flexible, first she is a professionally trained dancer in street jazz, ballet and contemporary from Dance Works. She is the first Zumba instructor with GoFigure Fitness and has been with us since July 2016. She is a certified and licensed Zumba instructor and a hot favourite with her students.

Batch Timings- Tuesday and Thursday 11.30am; Saturday- 10.30am

ZIN Ruhee

ZIN Ruhee is a dentist by profession but holds passion in dancing. She has a diploma in Kathak and has been doing it for 17 years now. She has done 8 levels of belly dance and has worked with Terrence Lewis too. Currently teaches Bollywood, dance fitness and Zumba!!

Batch Timings- Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm & 7-8pm

ZIN Sneha

ZIN Sneha has an experience of but 6 years in the corporate industry as HR decided to pursue her passion for fitness and has been training in Zumba, functional strength, Pilates and belly dance.

Batch Timings- Monday- Wednesday- Friday 7.30-8.30pm and 8.30-9.30pm

ZIN Punit Khosla

ZIN Punit Khosla has been dancing since 10 years. He has mastered the Bollywood and latin ballroom style. He is also a gold medalist in state level lation ballroom and has been doing Zumba since 2 years.

Batch Timings- Tuesday and Thursday 8-9pm

ZIN Puneet Sharma

He is a Licenced Zumba Trainer and making people fit on his tunes since 2011. Students love his Zumba sessions for his highly energetic and positive aura. He is also a trained Latin dancer and takes it up with his own style! Puneet has 9 years of experience as choreographer and dance instructor for various dance forms. He has conducted various workshops for Bollywood, Hiphop, Salsa, Bachata and Zumba in various corporates like TCS, Infosys etc. He has also choreographed for college fests and Corporate dance competitions for Symboisis.

Bootcamp Trainer

Iqbal Qureshi

15 years experience in dance and fitness classes. He has have trained celebrities like Mallika Sherawat, Ravi Kishan, Yukta Mukhi, Avni, Shahid Kapoor Bhagyashree, Dia Mirza, Diana Hayden, Karishma Kanwal, Karishma Sharma, Lara Datta and lots more. His classes are distinguished by their high energy, interesting mix of exercise and a different teaching style.

His classes include a mix of martial arts, kickboxing, functional training, flexibility and strength training.
