BodyFit is a CrossFit inspired full-body workout designed to help you lose weight, build muscle, increase your endurance, and avoid plateaus. Every class is a whole different workout, so you never know what to expect. Custom designed to keep your body guessing which will keep your workouts fun, challenging and exciting! The idea behind BodyFit is to use your WHOLE body, to improve every level of your fitness. To challenge you in ways that will not only build physical strength but mental strength as well.

At GoFigureFitness we also add in a little variety by teaching you a bollywood choreography in the last 20min of your bodyfit class!!
